1. Cancellation Period: Customers are allowed to cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the actual booked date and receive a full refund.

2. Refund Amount: a. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the actual booked date will be eligible for a full refund.  b. Cancellations made within 14 days,  before the actual booked date, will be eligible for a 50% refund.

3. Cancellation Request: Customers must submit their cancellation requests by contacting us through one of the following methods:

4. Refund Process: Once a cancellation request is received and deemed eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial reservation. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Change of Dates: If you wish to modify your reservation dates instead of canceling, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances: Please note that certain circumstances may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation period, such as but not limited to:

   • No-shows or early departures
   • Violation of our rental policies
   • Force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
